There are multiple ways to deteriorate stress and feel glad . I love to dance whenever I feel stress in my head or in my body I do some stretching, performing yoga is also a boon for me. I adore to talk with my family, cousins and friends where I crack jokes which makes me feel good from inside and I don't stress much about anything .

There are multiple ways to relieve stress and relax. I love to dance whenever I feel stressed in mind or body. I try stretching, and practice yoga which is also a boon (beneficial). I adore my family, cousins and friends with whom I can talk and crack jokes, which in turn can make me feel good and less stressed.

There are multiple ways to reduce stress and feel happy. I love to dance whenever I feel stress in my head or my body. I do some stretching and yoga is also helpful for me. I adore talking with my family, cousins and friends. When we speak I crack jokes which makes me feel good inside and consequently I don't stress much about anything.

There are multiple ways to lessen stress and feel happy . I love to dance whenever I feel stressed in my head or in my body I do some stretching. Doing yoga is also beneficial to me.
