In Ukraine, we have a Certificate of Delivery and Acceptance of Rendered Services, is there any analog of such document in the US or the UK? Can I name it "Service Delivery Certificate?"

In th U.S., there may not be one standard term but these are common (most revolve around 'delivery confirmation'). - delivery confirmation - most common. - delivery confirmation form. - signed delivery confirmation (form). - delivery confirmation (form) with/bearing recipient's signature - most formal. There is also 'certified mail' which is one of the services offered by the U.S. Postal Service, but I think 'delivery confirmation' is more universal.
