I think important qualities to get a job are being punctual, polite, and responsible. No matter how many abilities a person could have, it’s not more important than being disciplined. How about saying it like this?....'no matter how much natural ability a person has, nothing is more important than being disciplined' What do you think the most important thing to get a job? I think the most important thing/quality to get a job is being reliable. That includes being punctual, polite, and responsible. In other words, one should have a good attitude at work. Then colleagues and supervisors can assign tasks and rely on you. Only with a positive work attitude can a person do a job well and feel comfortable at work.
