Sorry for my recent toxic post and Sorry everyone who read it. I deleted it.
Anyway, last year, I got infatuated with productivity. It has continued into this year, too. Recently, I ate a lot of feasts at Christmas and New Year. In short, it let me unproductive. It has made me exhausted and depressed all the time, and it has also created my back pain. Therefore, I no longer eat food that my mom cooks and I am eating healthy meals that I cooked every time! I allow myself to eat out a few times a year.
