Tutor de la comunidadMy favorite food is Argentinian Asado, some could think that’s only meat... yeah, it’s true... but it’s not about the meat, it’s about the ceremony around it... it’s about the patience to cook for 3 or 4 hours... in this time the family and friends moving around the barbacoa (I don’t know how is the English name for that) and they drink beer, they eat a little bit of snaks, talk, etc...
And obviously, later than 4 hours cooking, the meat will be spectacular!!! If you have the opportunity to travel to argentina, you must to cook and Enjoy the “Asado”

My favorite food is Argentinian Asado, some might think that’s only meat, which is true. However, it’s not just about the meat, it’s about the ceremony around it. It’s about the patience to cook it for 3 or 4 hours. During this time, the family and friends sit around the barbecue and they drink beer, they eat snacks, they talk, and so on.
And then, after more than 4 hours cooking, the meat will be spectacular! If you have the opportunity to travel to argentina, you must take the chance to cook and enjoy the “Asado”
Great work! I could understand everything really clearly and your grammar is great. I've changed some bits to sound more natural.

Yeah, it’s true, but actually it’s not only about the meat; it’s about the ceremony around
it. It’s about the patience it takes to cook for 3 or 4 hours. Meanwhile the family and friends move around the barbacoa (I don’t know what is the English name of that) and they drink beer, eat some snacks, talk, etc.
And obviously, after 4 hours of cooking, the meat will be spectacular!!! If you have the opportunity to travel to Argentina, you should try to cook and enjoy “Asado”.
Btw, I didn’t understand what you meant by this sentence: “The family and friends move around the barbacoa.”
