It's correct either way. To be honest, the second sentence seems a bit more natural if we are referring to the *current* meal (rather than some vague future). On your previous question, I said that we could use the present continuous as future if the plans were certain to be carried out and we mentioned a time in the future. In this post, even though we don't mention a time in the future, the meaning is still clear from the context.
