Well, I used to have a secret. But I'm the type of person who is terrible at telling a lie.
When I had a secret, I acted clumsy and weird.
So they found out my secret.
At that moment, they got angry but gradually forgive me. Therefore, I don’t want to have a secret anymore.

When I had a secret, I acted awkward and weird.
So they found out my secret.
At that moment, they got angry but gradually forgave me. Therefore, I don’t want to have any secrets anymore.
Nice! I would switch "clumsy" for "awkward." Clumsy ~usually~ refers to actions and physical movements, but awkward is more describing the way you act or feel about a situation. E.g. She is a clumsy dancer. He felt awkward and couldn't join in the conversation. She is acting a little bit awkward today.
