In 2007 I visited Xi'an and Lijiang, Yunnan.

I really enjoyed the history of Xi'an and the food was excellent: baozi, jiaozi, ro jia mo.

The climate in Lijiang was perfect; clean air and water.

In the old city of Lijiang, the architecture (the style of the old buildings) was beautiful.

I enjoyed my visit to China, and I hope to visit again.

I went to Beijing last year. It was a truly amazing experience. My favorite part was the people and the culture. Everyone I met was courteous and patient with my horrible Mandarin, which I cannot imagine a foreigner experiencing in my country. I hope to visit again some day.
