I have no idea meaning  defenition of "pakka vaada"

anyone can you help, me! please.

Bohut sukhriya varun,

I had watching movie sanam re,

and this words, as dialogue in sanam re.

In English translate, Pakka vaada is Promise.

But its not correctly.

Well, im indonesian, i think this is words in bahasa is

" Bukan Janji Biasa," in English "Not the usual promise"

If Pakka Vaada is true, slang in hindi....

Could I translate Pakka Vaada with "not the usual promise?"

"Pakka Vaada" means promise here . The difference b/w "vadda" and "pakka vaada" is that the while saying the latter the listener is taken into a belief that the promise will be kept at any cost and yes it can be considered as a slang .
