Swedish childrens books?

Hey,

I'd like to learn Swedish and I know that  it works when you use childrens books.

So does anyone know any good books? And where to get them? (i'd like to download them for free if that's possible :D)

Tack sa mycket,

Meike

Hej!

Not sure if you're also looking for something to listen to..but I usually also love the children's stuff and it's been a great help when I can also listen to the language instead of just reading :)

So first:  you can find the children's books of Astrid Lindgren as Audiobooks for free on Spotify!

I also like the "barnradion" from Sveriges Radio (sverigesradio.se), they have a lot of nice stories for children also.

And lust but not least: the Julkalender is coming up! This is like an advent calendar on TV, you can watch a 15 min episode everyday from the 1st of December to the 24th. And it's also especially for kids ;) You can watch this on SVT. se (starting Dec 1st).

I hope this helps, even though it is not reading! But I'm sure it will certainly help with the language and pronunciation as welll :)

hej då!

Don't forget to check http://lattlast.se/ (from September mtm.se) and http://8sidor.se/, it's not childrens books but at a beginner level nevertheless. You could also read this one for instance, a classic: http://runeberg.org/kattresan/ and Selma Lagerlöf's well-known book http://runeberg.org/nilsholg/k1a.html
