Smoking not only harm the smoker, but also those who are near by. Therefore smoking should be banned in public places.

To what extent do you agree or disagree

I strongly agree that, smoking should prohibit in commercial places. Recent study showed that each day there are number of cases of death due to health problem, which relate to smoker and non-smoker.<o:p></o:p>

This will be cited in several reasons. Firstly, the ban of smoking in public area would benefit in non-smoker for the reason that, they could publicly able to go in places they wanted. For example if they like to eat or drink in clubs or restaurants, there is an area for smokers and non-smokers. Secondly, people who smoke will give up their habit. They will be away from friend if they puff a cigar. Last but not least, according to current CNN news, there have been a decreased in health problem cases by cigarette use after it was banned in public in country such as United Kingdom, Switzerland and Japan.<o:p></o:p>

Despite this benefits some argues that this resulted in loses of some businesses in bars and pubs. Most of the customers will not enter for non-smoking establishment. Another point is that, this would result in a massive decline in tax revenue in economy stocks and jobs deflation of workers in cigarette industries, these workers out of employment could not support their family. And also the country cost of valuable needs will double its price for economy break down.<o:p></o:p>

On the whole, prohibition of smoking in public has an upsides and downsides at first. But once community understand the outcome. I believed this will result in a health living and downward death occurrence in the societies.<o:p></o:p>
