Hello, I come from Syria and in September I will have a German B1 test...Can anyone help me with Speaking

I am learning German for half a year and in September I will have a German B1 test, I'm actually not good at speaking and I'm getting nervous that I may not pass the exam...I want to find a partner who can practise German with me.
