I think it would be good, to also provide the links. I mainly use

Persian verb conjugator: http://www.jahanshiri.ir/pvc/en/

German-Persian dictionary: http://de.langenscheidt.com/deutsch-persisch/

A nice podcast: http://www.chaiandconversation.com/

Textbooks that I haven't used yet, but are suppossed to be good:

Persian of Iran Today Vol. 1: <a href="http://www.laits.utexas.edu/persian_teaching_resources/Persian_of_Iran_Today.pdf" style="color: rgb(0, 121, 211); margin: 0px;">http://www.laits.utexas.edu/persian_teaching_resources/Persian_of_Iran_Today.pdf</a>;

Persian of Iran Today Vol. 2: <a href="http://www.laits.utexas.edu/persian_teaching_resources/Persian_of_Iran_Today_Vol2.pdf" style="color: rgb(0, 121, 211); margin: 0px;">http://www.laits.utexas.edu/persian_teaching_resources/Persian_of_Iran_Today_Vol2.pdf</a>;

sure , just add www....com:

www.vajehyab.com

www.farsilookup.com

Google translator is known.

Lonely planet's phrase book is only in paper and is cheap to buy , costs 10 euros.

About the other resources you mention:

Persian of Iran today is a nice resource but covers very few verb tenses and has not solution to exercises.

Chai and conversation is useful for spoken persian but not a comprehensive resource I would use daily .

There are several other resources I use but the ones I mentioned in my first post I use every time I work with persian.

Especially for grammar I haven't come across a comprehensive resource yet. Some grammar resources are good at one thing and some at another thing. I am making my own grammar notes combining stuff I find in different places.
