"Let me get my flops" : meaning ?
Kevin Hart said it in a comedy show and everybody laughed about it.
Can somebody help me about the meaning ?

I saw this comedy routine, and I did think it was very funny. "Flops" is short for flip-flops, or a kind of beach sandal. Kevin thought it was strange language for his boy. The fact that his son was attending private school and had changed in a way that Kevin maybe didn't like is what made the joke funny. It was not something he might have said before.

I agree with nevadac (previous response). Possibly "flip flops" (plastic thong sandals), but we'd need more context to get it correct.

The link is a trailer and only shows part of the joke. To get that joke, you'll need the part of the joke before he mentions about flops. Like nevadac says, he may well be talking about flip flops and how his son is confused.
