Anything written by Ernest Hemingway (the sun also rises, for whom the bell tolls, the old man and the sea, a farewell to arms). He's one of the best American authors of the last century and he writes very simply. All the stories take place outside of the US and he likes to use Spanish in his writing. He also has a very simple writing style. Highly recommended.

Could you provide your interests, and actual level, to be able to recommend books which adapt both your interests, and abilities to understand difficult materials.

I recommend you maybe someday it's a beautiful book but it's a romans if you don't like this kind of book don't read it good luck:)
