You can use 'involve' to say that anything it is surrounded by something or to say that someone it is  participing  in something.

For example:
 - he wants to involve the staff in the discussion

- That stone it is involved by a paper

You can use 'contain' to say that  anything existes inside  a container or anything or linked a something . Sometimes a container can be a thing quite abstract.

For example:

- A car contain four wheels (linked/fixed)

- That pot contains cookies (inside)

You can use 'include' to say that one thing has another thing attached ( like a combo on mcDonalds haha!)

- Sir, your order has a surprise gift included

- This option includes extra taxes 

You can use 'comprise' to speak about the essence of something or speak about how to something it is made up.

- Our galaxy comprise only a small part of universe.
- A group it is comprised by more than three persons that aims the same thing.
