Hi all, I'm preparing for DELF B1 and I don't understand one of the phrases in today's exercise: sanitaires réservés aux visiteurs; what does it mean?
It's in the exercise of compréhension écrite and there are four rooms with descriptions. Exam takers need to choose if the rooms fulfil the criteria listed in a table. The criteria are 1. proximité de la plage; 2. chambres indépendantes; 3. sanitaires réservés aux visiteurs; 4. possibilité d'utiliser le jardin; 5. place de stationnement; 6. tarif. In the descriptions, it mentions that some of the rooms need to share the toilet, but some need not. I'm thinking is it because of this feature that makes some rooms fulfil the criteria-sanitaires réservés aux visiteurs and some are not?

Yeah it's probably this one. Sanitaires are bathtubs, showers, toilets and things related to those. Sanitaires are in the bathroom usually. Sanitaires réservés aux visiteurs, means that only the guess can use them.
I think the situation described is that you're booking a room in a hostel, in a camping or in a hotel. There are accommodations that includes private toilets (as hotel), other where you have to share it with others guests and, at least, locations where you need to share the wc with the owners. Such things are possible (but not so common) when you are an au-pair in France, or when you book a sort of frence b&b (usually called gîte).
