It is very clear and sounds fine. The pace and intonation is good.

It has an Indian accent but I would say it is mild.

To me as an American, I thought you sounded very British and pronounced well.  There were two words that I believe you did not stress in the correct manner.  Specific (:08, :17)  and effort (2:38-  actually I am not positive that you said effort, that is how I interpreted it.)  Specific should be stressed on the second syllable.   Effort should be stressed on the first syllable.  

Because I know that British English sometimes does stress different syllables, I checked with this site for the British pronunciation to try to be sure I was not just inappropriately correctly British pronunciation.   http://lingorado.com/ipa/  (If I misinterpreted, hopeful a British native English speaker will correct me.)

Yes I have been mispronouncing those two words , I could realize that when I looked up those words in the dictionary. Will change henceforth.

I agree Susan on both points for those two words.

Specific needs a more stress on the second syllable plus raise the tone when saying that syllable.
