Yeah it's difficult to read Arabic in English letters

 that you now in your house cook Eggplant. You're skilled at cooking

 that's right?

I understand it, even I learn Egyptian mostly but I understand :)

Could the natives explain why you would use منزلي and not بيتي ? 

al aan ana fi *manzili wa ana atbukh badinjan,  ana *shater fil matbakh.
