email etiquette Bongiorno! Who can tell me the best way to start & end an email in Italian?

In general, we usually use the words as follow to start an email: "Ciao + Name", "Buongiorno!", "Buonasera!" , if the email is for business or to the person respectable, the receiver is a client , it is better use "Salve!"...

To end an email, we can write the words as follow: "ci sentiamo"(it is not very sure whether meet again), "a presto"(it is sure to meet again, equivalent to "see you soon"), "ciao", "cordiali saluti"(business or the formal emal, more serious)...
