Today I had to reset my password for the third time in about a year, after repeatedly failing to log in. The thing is, I never changed my password - and I doubt anyone else has either in my stead. What happened? I've never had to do it with my numerous other passwords.

I'd like to know whether anyone else here has had the same problem, or it's just me who is having (big) memory issues...
