Is there All Souls' day in your Country? How you celebrate it?
I live in Brazil. This is a catholic holiday where people make a tribute to the souls who has passed away. It always falls on November 2. It is a common holiday in latin countries, as Mexico, where it was oringined and widely celebrated. Here in my country generally people go to churches and cemetaries to prays and light candles to their beloved ones' souls.
Now tell me if there is this holiday in your country and how it is celebrate. Bye bye!

We celebrate this on the 1st of November. I must admit that I had never understood what it's all about until last year, when my mother-in-law said something about meeting people in the cementary. I always thought that the dead are, well, dead and they don't care, so I can tidy up their graves when it suits me, not when the calendar dictates. And now, as a full grown up adult, I've finally realized it's about the living. How stupid of me.

In Slovakia we celebrate this day, but we don't have public holiday.
We had holiday yesterday, because it was All Saints' day.
