jyut6 jyu5 or gwong2 dung1 waa2?
They both mean 'Cantonese language'
Are these two interchangeable?

For me, interchangeable. I won't say other Canton dialect as Jyut ju.

"jyut6 jyu5" is more precise, because "gwong2 dung1 waa2" may contain other dialects, like Hakka etc., but a few people do use "gwong2 dung1 waa2" to refer to "jyut6 jyu5".
