How to express my thanks to my close friends without using thanks/thank you/cheers.
I don't wanna be too formal so what would a native speaker say in daily life
Thanks

I know you are looking for different words, but truly, as a native speaker, I would use 'thanks'. I would say 'thanks' rather than 'thank you' if I was wanting to be informal:
Thanks a lot.
Thanks, man. (Only with someone you know well.)
Thanks, dude. (Only with someone you know well.)
Thanks, bro. (Only with someone you know well.)
You could also say, 'thanks' and add a fist bump or a pat on the back.

I appreciate your kindness.
You're the best friend I've ever had.
My sincere gratitude.
Hope these help.

Yup I think the most natural way is to say thanks! You can also say something like "you are the best"
