Italki is mostly an online marketplace. It helps students find teachers for paid lessons.

Italki does let you connect with language companions. Language companions are not teachers. They are not informal tutors. You could try to find an English-speaking student who wanted to learn Urdu and you could practice with each other and teach each other.

I'd say 90% of native English speakers that are teachers do cost money if you want a lesson. To work as a teacher on Italki you must have certification/experience to teach.

5% are native English speakers that are teachers but don't feel like charging anything.

If you go to college and get a degree to teach. Have experience teaching in a classroom. Went through the background check and are certified to be a teacher. It's only fair to have this be your job and get paid for it.

Is there anybody guide me for god sake,where and which place I can find a teacher on line who can teach me english , I can speak little ,but I need to improve my english on a proper way, please let me know any app any webside any group on whatsapp etc.
