What means Lipstick on pig?
I hear this say barek obama and J Lenno.
What means Lipstick on pig? Is only Lipstick or sometimes other stuff?
Is only on pig or sometimes maybe dog?

It means you can put lipstick on a pig, but it’s still a pig.
A bad idea is still a bad idea even if you try to make it look good.
