Retrospectively, I don’t consider what I experienced when I was younger to have been love. I think the first time I really fell in love was when I was around 26. I had strong feelings for people before then, but I think they were infatuation or limerence that I sometimes confused for being in love.

The first time l fell in love when l was eight years old. The boy was my classmate.
