As a general rule, the most logical place to put an adverb is immediately before the main verb of the sentence. Here are some examples with 'can' and different adverbs:
I can also sing.
I can usually sing.
I can even sing.
I can just sing.
Here are some examples with 'also' in different tenses:
I have also sung.
I will also sing.
I was also singing.
I hope that helps.

I can also play the guitar. Also, I can offer you some help. ("Also" at the beginning of the sentence is sometimes considered informal)

Good question and this is a bit disputed but in general 'also' goes after 'can' as the auxiliary verb so 'I can also' is the most grammatically correct form HOWEVER 'I also can' is commonly used too and means the same. Either of these is fine and mean approximately the same.

both are fine, but in most cases "can also" sounds more natural.
