Russian women are very fashionable, well-dressed, feminine, charming, and elegant. They take pride in their appearance and really pay attention to those details :)

As far as women's fashion, it's more classically feminine and more glamorous, with more attention to detail than what I've seen in France, England, the U.S and other countries. People seem to enjoy dressing up. There's a real appreciation for beauty. I had a Russian housemate at an academic program and if she had to choose between showing up late to class and finishing her outfit/hair/perfume, she would choose finalizing those details. It's only one example, but femininity and details seemed to be important.

This video (mainly in Spanish with a couple of conversations in Russian) is what I think of:

Are you talking about Russian style of fashion, or stereotypes of Russian culture / lifestyle?

When I was young and my Russian cousins or uncle would visit, during soviet times, they had a distinct style. But modern Russia seems to have the same blend of fashion as everywhere else (t-shirts and jeans, staring at a smartphone). But if we're dealing with stereotypes then I think of a woman with a knee-length dress of a solid color or very small floral pattern and high heels, with long hair pulled back in a ponytail and noticeable lipstick. If she has a thigh-length skirt then the stereotypical Russian man she is attached to will have a shaved head and no beard, he will be wearing a gold chain and a t-shirt which is exactly one size too small. His favorite athlete will be Fedor Emelianenko.
