▪What's the meaning of this expression "<em>This is/it's so me</em>"? Please provide some examples

It has the same meaning. It means that you can relate to it, or that (whatever it is) is something you would do. Sometimes ladies will use <em>"it's so me"</em> when shopping for clothes meaning it's more my style or something I like.

By saying “this is so me” you’re essentially saying that you have the same qualities of whatever is being talked about.
For an example, if I saw a lazy, sleepy dog, I could that “this is so me” because I am also lazy and sleepy.
