Does anyone works in a call center company, what do I need to work in a call center? I mean requirements, qualities, etc. And What kind of test they do when they recruit personnel? My level of english is good but sometimes I feel doubtful talking, so actually I am studying english!

I have had several friends who have worked in call centers in various places here in the United States. Most of them have worked for an insurance agency. In their call centers, they would take calls from clients based on insurance claims, i.e. car accidents, home-fires, etc... So, they would listen to the calls, take down notes of the incident at hand, and relay it on to other personnel.
Now, to answer your questions, different call centers will likely ask you different things and have different sorts of profficiency exams for English. However, if you were to get a position in a call cetner, the best way to enhance your English, is to simply use it. So, with time, your English will get better and better.

Here, set a rule to regulate it. Now I dont take this phone call anymore at least. It is trouble that all companies use it. I think they treat employee not good as well. They would require you to very strange level.
Your phone will record the time you talk and your sound have to be nice to satisfy with people.
Your method should make people keep it but it is tricky because people would hung up pn you.
If you are at a call center of customer severice. There are a room to recuperate your mind.

I got a chance to work at call center. they gave me their own material to remember and to say initial (fixed) words to whom I have to call. It was a product selling call center. I do not know what you have to do. during interview they'll only focus your English, if and only if you're calls will be in English. They may also ask if ou have done this kid of work befothey tour manager taught us on first day that what we have to do and how to sell products over phone. Actually they taught us how to get someone in trap So we can enhance the productivity and of course our services were also good Toward customers.
