Hi all
Most of Arabic learner find a difficulty when they start learn Arabic because the different between the Arabic in the Schools and the Arabic that use in the Arab Countries. The Arabic that taught in the schools is good for who use it for academic learning. Each Arab country has its dialect and the different between them in the vocabulary and the way of pronounce it.
I'm from Saudi Arabia and most of Arab think the Saudi speak the same dialect. Actually we have different dialect and sometimes I can't understand some of them. We have a dialect that clear for whole Saudi and we call it "White dialect". Anyone speak "White dialect" in effect he use his dialect but without using difficult vocabulary.
I hope I give you short introduction the Saudi dialect and I'll be happy to hear your question and opinion on the Saudi dialect.
Regards,
Sultan
As a person studying MSA, I find it easy to speak with Saudis and I feel that their accent is easy to understand.
