You have no idea how much of a fun question you've just asked! I'm in love with drama, psychological, murder mystery, and generally dark shows. I've watched everything I'm going to recommend to you, so this list is pretty darn accurate if I do say so myself. 

Psychological:

NBC's Hannibal (MUST WATCH) 

Awake (search up Awake TV show for better results) 

BBC's Jekyll (Incredible. That is all. Could also fall into Drama, but I'd say it's definitely psychological.)

The Original "The Twilight Zone series" ( Alot of the episodes could be put into the Psychological category) 

Drama: 

The Black List

NBC's Dracula (I know the show just started, but it's really good so far. I've had my eye on the series, the main star who plays Dracula is an excellent actor who plays in another show I will also be recommending)

The Tudors

Game of Thrones 

Breaking Bad (Antonio Pérez suggested these, but there's a reason why I'm also recommending it too. Both of these are INCREDIBLY well done, there's a reason why these 2 shows are constantly racking in awards.)

Madmen

Luther (another BBC show.)

The Following ( I thought the show was good... Couple of face palming moments though...)

HOUSE OF CARDS! (Really good Netflix series)

Dancing on the Edge (drama, AND a murder mystery!) 

BBC Sherlock (Crime TV Drama)
