Keep using what skills you have and continue to build on them.
So, use English when you have the chance. Take every chance to read something in English in your everyday life, or think about words in English as you would in your native language.
If you don't use it, you will lose it!

You mean you want to improve your speaking skill?
The first, I think you should practice to listen, you can listen musics, audios, films...whatever that you really like.
The second, I think you should watch movies, I think you will get a lot of sentences that's popular in normal conversations :D
Well, you can improve your vocabullary by reading book, you can use dictionary if you need it :D You should read the simple books :D
You should learn how to pronounce exactly. It helps people understand what are you saying :D
