Нет!  The "gelatin mix" is already a mixture of gelatin and other ingredients (typically gelatin, sugar or an artificial sweetener, and food coloring).  So you are going to first add boiling water, and then two minutes later, cold water, to the already-existing gelatin mix of gelatin and other ingredients.
