an excellent question!
I recommend listening to the same two-minute (maximum!) English-language video repeatedly until you can hear every syllable.
Begin with simpler videos but then go quickly to much harder videos.
Ten times at least.
Maybe you won't understand everything but you will hear everything.
Then put on the subtitles to hear what they say.
Then do this with an Italki teacher together on Skype.
He or she can help you to recognise a lot more and understand a lot more.
You will be amazed how your listening changes.
Then the other essential technique is to practice "Authentic Listening"(c) just like you did as a child.
It involves clearing out your own mind so you can really hear every sound.
Not just your ideas about the sounds.

I'll second Mo's comment about listening to the same sound sequence repeatedly.
To copy the way they speak you need to pay attention to the way the voice sounds go up and down and words get longer and shorter. If you've never had anyone talk about this it is better to talk to a teacher about it.
Once you know what to listen for:
Another thing you can do (if you have a VPN) is listen to videos on Youtube at half speed to really pay attention to the intonaton patterns. Then try to copy it (and record yourself) until you can do it at full speed.
When you learn new words and phrases, learn them in a sentence and find out what the common intonaton patterns are with that sentence. If you practice those patterns when you practice your vocabulary your intonation will start to become natural (without having to think about it).

If you like movies you can watch it with English subtitles , but if you don't like movies you can listen to music or people who talk in English maybe in " youtube " so I think you should use way that you like learning quickly and be interesting to learn
