Could you please tell me whether these sentences are correct gramatical way or not?

Hi everybody, today i have some doubt about these sentences in grammatical aspect.
Please mark next to these senteces "O" o "X" if is acceptable or unacceptable
And if you can go on little more which can help me a lot, would please explain on what ground you think that is unacceptable grammatically.
But, i will very appreciate if you just can mark the answer for me. Thank you.

-so vs. such
(1) a. Jim is so nice a boy that we like him.
b. They are so nice boys that we like them.
c. It is so nice weather that we like it.
(2) a. Jim is such a nice boy that we like him.
b. They are such nice boys that we like them.

-so vs. as/too/how

b. Jim is as great an orator as Douglas.
c. This is too depressing a movie to see a second time.
d. How pretty a girl she is!

(1) a. There is not so much water in this reservoir.
b. There are so many books in his study.
(2) a. There is so/such cold water in this reservoir.
b. There are so/such nice boys in his class.

-quite
(1) a. This is quite a serious problem.
b. This is quite serious a problem.
c. This is a quite serious problem.
d. This is quite a problem.
