the fealing of guilt and blaming yourself

please correct my paragraph or contrubute to this subject.

 

I found that the most difficult and harmfull fealing in human been is the fealing of guilt and blame ofself , because it stays frequently in minde and make the person acuse his self and his own acts that leaded him to feal guilty and responsible of what hapened.and he cant turned his blame to faith or someone else but it was done by him.
