I'm not refering just about attractive things like smile or boobs =) =) but what the first thing that you consider importante to notice and that makes this person becomes special for you.
Their attitude and behaviour.
In this order: sincerity AND good will, intelligence, desire to know, desire to have fun.
Last but not least: a shadow on her face, makes me eager to take it away.
I think that the most important thing when I met a person is the humility. I like people that transmit sincerity.

When I meet someone for the first time, handsa are definitely the very first thing I would pay attention to.
But! Personality, character and sense of humour are more important if we are going to get along with each other. Nice hand is an extra point, but not a pass card.
