I just think if I can start a Mandarin English learning group on QQ, this would be be a great way to have a pool of native Mandarin/English speakers who can help answer each other's questions and even practice speaking with each other.   I would be willing to work with a group involving Chinese study of English on  Skype.

 I already work with one group.

 However,  I cannot  work in an exchange format for the study of Chinese, because I haven't the time to learn Chinese.   I will work with students wanting to practice English.
