You can try in youtube with search string " Extra Avec Sous-titres" It will be really good to begin with as the artists too speak at a medium pace in French.

I know you are looking for shows but you can find ted talks in French with French subs.

The subs aren't always a 100% accurate but I am sure you'll find plenty of awesome french speaking speakers!
