Nice. I recommend you:

1) clarify what you mean by "follows". When you say one tone follows another, it only applies when they are in the same word.

2) mention that tone changes are called tone "sandhi"

3) how about [1 or 2] [2] [*] ⇒ [1 or 2] [1] [*]? For example, 谁来吃? (who’s coming to eat?): shéi lái chī? ⇒ shéi lāi chī?
