I am studying korean by kpop lyrics, and I got a little confused in this part of a song from G-Dragon called Who you.
어머? 엔간히 좀 해라 에라이 거리에서 핀 한 쌍의 더러운 개나리
１．Is "엔간히 좀 해라" one expression? What does it mean?
2. Is "에라이" some kind of insult? What does it mean?
3. What does "핀 한 쌍의" mean? I am a little confused about the meaning of each word in this part.

Kim explained it as the same words like 'shit' or 'damn'. But I think it is a bit too aggressive meanings for 에라이.
It doesn't have a meaning itself, but whenever you see or hear something absurd or stupid you can say that showing you dont take it seriously. Let me give you some example.
A: 브라질에 가면 여자들이 다 지젤번천 같대.
B: 에라이, 말도안되는 소리 좀 하지마.
엔간히 좀 해라. it's like a slang words. it's mean Don't go overboard, 적당히 해라.
에라이 is like Shit or Damn
거리에서 핀 한 쌍의 더러운 개나리

에서 on /거리 street /핀 blooming /한쌍 a fair/ 의 of /더러운 dirty/ 개나리 forsythia
개나리's pronunciation is a little similar to swear. it's like malapropism.
