What is " I haven't got any money" meaning?
I read a story about a man, when to a bar. And after he drank couble of drink then u said to the barman this sentence. Did he want to say that he dont have money?

In British English: "I haven't got" means "I don't have" (in American English).

Exactly. That means the man has no money to pay for the things he brought. I guess that is not the best situation to face up.

It means "I have no money".
It is a casual way of speaking, but it is a pretty common way of saying it.

So, I haven't got money = I don't have money or I have no money.
