When I was child I was told by my dad ‘Always be sincere and honest and you can gain trust from people and they will help you when you are in trouble’. It became my belief and I always try to be that way. As a matter of fact, when I made a significant mistake at work, my coworkers helped me a lot and encouraged me not to be serious. I was really grateful and happy and felt I could trust trusted them. I will keep it in mind forever.
