いつでも夢を
Years ago I heard the song "いつでも夢を". Now I start learning Japanese again and decided to translate it. I will be glad to hear you correction, because my Japanese is not so good to understand all properly. I omit repeating part.
いつでも夢を
Always dearm
星よりひそかに 雨よりやさしく
more secret, than star, more kind than rain
(I'm ot sure, I suppose there is something like "Even if stars are covered and rain falls)
あの娘はいつも歌ってる
this girl is still singing
声がきこえる 淋しい胸に
the voice of a lonely heart heard、
涙に濡れたこの胸に
the heart that wet of tears
言っているいる お持ちなさいな
いつでも夢を いつでも夢を
When you are talking(?), please, go on dreaming (literally always keep the dream)
歩いて歩いて 悲しい夜更けも
and walking in the sorrow at night
あの娘の声は流れくれ
the voice of the girl is heard (lit. voice pours)
すすり泣いてる この顔上げて
Crying, she keeps her face up
きいてる歌の懐かしさ
And you hear the desire of singing
はかない涙を うれしい涙に
tears of nothing and tears of happiness
あの娘はかえる歌声で
the girl come home (?) singing
English is not my native language, so I could make mistakes, but more important thing for me is to catch the meaning of the song. Please, If i misunderstand something, let me know.

Always dearm

Well, no. This is an adverbial phrase that is modifying the line below. So this phrase is explaining how the girl sings. How? more secretly than stars, more kind than rain,
あの娘はいつも歌ってる
That girl is always singing
声がきこえる 淋しい胸に
the voice of a lonely heart heard、
涙に濡れたこの胸に
the heart that wet of tears
声がきこえる
The speaker says that he or she can hear her voice.
And he or she says that her voice reaches to:
淋しい胸に
To my lonely heart
Next, he or she explains further about the heart:
the heart that wet of tears
言っているいる
When you are talking(?),
I guess that the speaker says that her voice is saying something. This is just saying "Her voice (song) is saying". What is it? As follows:
お持ちなさいな
(literally always keep the dream)
Yes, that's right.
いつでも夢を いつでも夢を
please, go on dreaming
歩いて歩いて 悲しい夜更けも
and walking in the sorrow at night
あの娘の声は流れくれ
the voice of the girl is heard (lit. voice pours)
Yes, but 流れくれ is right?
すすり泣いてる この顔上げて
Crying, she keeps her face up
Sorry, I'm not sure but the speaker is crying? He or she said 「淋しい胸に」. And that sounds like "I'm crying but I keep my face/chin up"
きいてる歌の懐かしさ
And you hear the desire of singing
The speaker is listening to her song and saying that it is a nostalgic song for him or her.
You can say, instead, きいてる歌は懐かしい. The original is somewhat getting a noun phrase/a set of noun.
はかない涙を うれしい涙に
From tears of transience to tears of happiness
あの娘はかえる歌声で
the girl changes, using her singing
Try あの娘は歌声で はかない涙をうれしい涙に変える
This is song lyrics/poem, so the order isn't the same as a usual sentence.
Roughly understandable? よく書けているよ!
