1)  자 사람 할마니 아니에요.
   That person is not my grandmother.

2)  그녀는 제 할마니 입니다.
    She is my grandmother.

3)누구보다 할마니를 사랑해.
    I love my grandmother more than anyone.

in your first sentence, &quot;저 분&quot; would be better than &quot;저 사람&quot; because&nbsp;it's more polite. 
in fact, we don't put impolite words in a polite sentence.
