Losing weight
I want to lose some weights. Before, I am was only 45 kilos before,but now I'm get 49 kilos! Although I'm its still thin since I am 1.65 meters, I still think I'm too heavy! its too fat for me!
But I so much love desserts so much. What can I do...
I need take to do some exercises everyday, and be on diet. I must!
I must keep it going! in order to prepare for the comingh of summer!

**I've actually lost 28 kilos over 2 years. I think the important thing to remember is that you need to lose weight slowly. Change your diet. Exercise often. But seeing as how you only need to lose 4 kilograms, I think you can do it within two months. =) You're not fighting your body when you're losing weight. You're actually fighting your mind.
