A friend is going to visit me and I have write a letter to him (please correct)

As you are going coming to visit us for one a week, I have decided to write you a letter. [This is cold and can be considered rude and unfriendly.  It would be better if you have written this way, "... for a week, a letter to you should be in order to let you know what we will be doing."] You will sleep in our guest's room during this week. I hope that our guestroom will be comfortable for you.  It is a room big enough for two and is equipped with has a TV set. Please take outdoor Also to bring appropriate clothes with you clothing and walking shoes as we are going to will be taking many walks along the walking routes near here. It will be glad great to introduce you to my wife and a befriended another couple with that we are going to hike with. We have the a racing race track here and will if you are interested, we can watch a car race on Sunday. During daytime In the day, I shall give my best to be showing you the region area and in the evenings, we will go out to the restaurants can dine out and visit drink at the pubs.
