My love-hate story with sports
Sometimes, I feel that my life has many paradoxes. One of them is about sports. When I was a child, I loved moving around (walking, jumping, running, climbing...) but I hated doing sports. I guess that happened because the teachers usually tried to inculcate in us that you must be perfect at what you do. However I just felt frustrated. I wasn't that perfect and I am often a bit of a perfectionist.
Currently, when I don't have that pressure, I like doing sports, in fact, I have included it in my routine. I think the exercise is good for my health, especially for my back. I have a sore back because of the computer.
The reason why I am writing this is because I am happy. A month ago, I introduced some daily specific exercises, apart from long walks I already did, and I have kept up with keep them so far. The kind of exercises I chose at this time is different than those I chose before. Now they are more similar to dance routines instead of rather than the gym ones, which I find boring.
So, I will continue! my task is to go on!
